On March 15, 2012 a generous group from UBS AG visited the Thanh Son Orphanage. In December of 2011 I received an email from Ngoc Hang Do in Switzerland enquiring about the orphanage. We talked with the orphanage and gave Ngoc some tips about what to buy and how to get there.
On Thursday, they made the drive down to Cam Ranh and brought a wonderful assortment of food and goods for the children. When everything was unloaded, there were boxes and bags of rice, sugar, salt, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soy sauce, washrags, washing powder, shower supplies, and snack bags for each of the children.
All of the donations were made by employees and friends of UBS AG, and we thank them for the immense kindness, and for making a difference in the lives of the orphans of Vietenam.
