On August 5, 2016 we brought lots of healthy food and snacks to the children of the Loc Tho Charity School and Orphanage. In addition to being an orphanage to about 20 children, Loc Tho provides free primary schooling to over 120 children in the poor community to the west of Nha Trang. The school has accredited teachers and dedicated classrooms for each grade, and the nuns at Loc Tho provide all of the costs to ensure these poor children receive an education. Loc Tho also provides free breakfast and lunch for the children, and through the kindness of Lloyd and Esther of the USA, we have been bringing them regular food supplements to ensure the children grow happy and healthy. On this trip, we brought bread, dried mushrooms, milk, cheese, and lots of packaged vegan foods.
