On February 24, 2015 we brought a special Tet celebration to the Phu Quang Orphanage. This trip was made possible through a kind donation from Chau Bui of the USA. The Lunar New Year celebrations are winding down this week, and many families have had the opportunity to participate in traditional activities. On a previous visit to Phu Quang, we bought new clothes for the children, and took them out for an ice cream party.
For this trip, we had a Banh Tet party, handed out red envelopes of lucky money to the orphans, and gave bags of food supplies to poor elders in the neighborhood. Thank you Chau for your continued support of Phu Quang!
