In late January 2019 we visited the Lac Thien Orphanage with many lunar new year gifts. Lac Thien is a loving home to a large group of orphans, located in Ninh Hoa to the north of Nha Trang. We had been visiting many of our causes to coincide with Tet, the Vietnamese lunar new year. Tet is the biggest holiday of the year, and we wanted to bring these wonderful children some of the fun traditions of the holiday.
We brought new clothes for all the children to wear for the new year. The little ones were very eager to try on their new outfits! We also brought traditional food and drinks so the children could have a proper celebration at Tet.
