In early September 2019 we visited the Khanh Son Charity Home with gifts for the new school year. The nuns at Khanh Son are committed to the children’s education, and we were happy to help sponsor all of the education costs for the 2019-2020 school year. We brought new school uniforms, textbooks, and school supplies for everyone! The children gathered in front of the home holding the bags of uniforms and school supplies. They helped stack everything then the nuns handed out the uniforms to the children. There were quick to try them on and our team took pictures of the children in their uniforms, many with the tags still on them. A great day!

ABOUT THE KHANH SON CHARITY HOME
Located in the mountainous area to the southwest of Nha Trang, the Khanh Son Charity Home is a loving place that houses and cares for many of the community’s children whose families struggle to support and provide for them. Some of the children stay at the home year-round, sleep in dormitories, and have meals together in a communal dining hall. The nuns provide a nurturing environment for all, ensure the children attend local public schools, and offer free daycare, kindergarten, and after-school tutoring lessons.
