On September 27, 2015 we brought the Mid-Autumn Festival to the Nhan Ai Orphanage. This wonderful holiday was provided by a donation on behalf of Judy Turner.
The Mid-Autumn Festival is a fun holiday for children, as they get to carry paper lanterns, watch dragon dances, and eat yummy snacks. Poor orphanages such as Nhan Ai often can’t afford these, but through the kindness of Judy Turner, we brought the festival to the children! All of the orphans got moon cakes, paper lanterns, and yummy cupcake snacks. In the evening, the children danced around in their own dragon dance, and the lanterns were lit and carried about by the children. The children had so much fun!
THANK YOU!!!
