In December 2021 we brought lots of food and essential supplies to the Phu Quang Orphanage. We had reached out to the head nun and asked what they were in need of this month. She provided a detailed list and our team did all the shopping at local markets. We loaded up a van and drove out to the orphanage. The children helped carry everything into the common room. Such great helpers!
On this visit, we brought bags of rice, boxes of instant noodles, fresh milk, condensed milk, many varieties of beans, seasonings, and soaps.

ABOUT THE PHU QUANG ORPHANAGE
The Phu Quang Orphanage was founded by Sister Thich Nu Dieu An at the Phu Quang pagoda in the early 2000’s. For many years, the orphanage has been a loving home to a group of orphans and a foster home to neighborhood children whose families struggle to support and provide for them. Phu Quang cares for about 15 children in a loving environment.
