On August 10, 2012 new shelves were put in at the Loc Tho Charity School. This was made possible entirely through the generous efforts of Richard and Marjorie. The school undergoes hardship during the rainy season, as the area around the school is always flooded. The classrooms take in water, and in the past school books and supplies were ruined. They now have metal and glass shelves mounted high on the walls to protect the school’s books for the upcoming rainy season. Our lead volunteer, Hiep, was in charge of the project from the beginning, and the finished shelves look fantastic. Thank you once again Richard and Marjorie!
