In July 2023 we brought lots of food and general supplies to the Thien An Charity Home. After speaking to the caretakers at the home, we made a detailed list of items they needed for the month. Our team of volunteers then did all the shopping at local markets, and made the drive out to see the children.
On this visit, we brought instant noodles, condensed milk, boxes of ramen, yogurt drinks, seasonings, sausages, snacks, bottles of soy sauce, siracha, laundry detergents, floor soap, buckets and mops, and dish soap.
As a treat for the children, we handed out snacks for everyone to enjoy. It was a lovely day!

ABOUT THE THIEN AN CHARITY HOME AND SCHOOL
This loving place is located in the hilly countryside of Khanh Hoa province. There are very few schools in this region and illiteracy among children is high. The local Thien An Catholic Church sought to help the children complete their schooling, so started the Thien An Charity Home and School. The children have housing accommodations and receive their meals in a communal dining hall. Classrooms have been set up so the children can all receive the education they richly deserve.
