In April 2021 we brought a new water tower to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. We had asked the caretakers if they were in need of any special projects, and they told us about their desire to have a large water tower installed on the grounds. This would help them save water on rainy days and provide water when there were shortages during the dry season.

We worked with a supplier and arranged for delivery and installation of a new water tank and tower. After work crews had finished, our volunteers arrived with a banner to celebrate. Afterwards, our team prepared iced fruit drinks for all the children. Such a fun visit!

This charity trip was made possible through a kind donation from the family of Dr Chad & Kim-Loan McDuffie and their children Delaney, Keagan & Anderson. Thank you!!!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
