In May 2023 our team visited the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children. After speaking to the home’s caretakers we wrote down a detailed list of items they needed this month. We bought everything at local markets and organized a visit.
We when arrived, we stacked all the supplies in the courtyard and the children gathered together to greet our team. We brought bags of rice, fish sauce, ramen, salt, cooking oil, canned meat, eggs, yogurt drinks, bottled water, seasonings, sausages, milk, crackers, dish soap, and cleaning products.
As a fun treat, we frozen treats for everyone to enjoy. It was a lovely day!
This charity trip was made possible through the kindhearted donations from Elaine Nguyen, Philip Doughty, and Helen Tran. Thank you!!!
