In early September we visited the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. We had contacted the nuns and learned of the Home’s immediate needs. We bought everything, loaded up a van, and our team drove south to Cam Ranh to visit the Home. We brought milk, bags of seasonings, soaps and shampoos, cleaning products, laundry supplies, and dish soap.

As a fun surprise, we handed out moon cakes and paper lanterns for the Mid-Autumn Festival. The children had fun putting the lanterns together and waving them about. A lovely visit!

This wonderful visit was made possible through the kindness of a family in the USA. Thank you!!!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
