On October 12, 2018 we visited the Lac Thien Orphanage with essential supplies plus some rain gear for the upcoming rainy season. Lac Thien is a loving home to a large group of orphans, located in a small village in Ninh Hoa, to the north of Nha Trang. We contacted the nuns at the orphanage and learned of their most pressing needs. Our team gathered all the supplies and made the drive to the orphanage.

On this visit we brought racks of eggs, bags of beans, beef, water kettles, rain ponchos, umbrellas, brooms, dustpans, clothes, diapers, cleaning products, and 2 hammocks. We handed out balloons and snacks and the children had lots of fun. Some tried on their new rain ponchos.

This charity visit was made possible through the kind donations of Carolyn and Cuong Nguyen in memory of Tran Hoa Ngoc, beloved grandma.
