In February 2025, we made our monthly visit to the Thien An Charity Home with lots of food and general supplies. The caretakers had given us a detailed list of items, and our team of volunteers bought everything at local markets before heading out to the orphanage.
Some of the children were just waking up from their afternoon naps, and they came into the courtyard to greet us. We stacked all the supplies as the little ones gathered round. This month, we brought packages of noodles, milk, boxes of ramen, cooking oil, sausages, yogurt, coffee, sweets, bags of rice, crackers, sugar, floor soap, fabric softener, laundry detergent, hand soap, toiletries, and cleaning products.
As a special treat, our team handed out slices of sweet cake for all to enjoy. It was a lovely day!

ABOUT THE THIEN AN CHARITY HOME AND SCHOOL
This loving place is located in the hilly countryside of Khanh Hoa province. There are very few schools in this region and illiteracy among children is high. The local Thien An Catholic Church sought to help the children complete their schooling, so started the Thien An Charity Home and School. The children have housing accommodations and receive their meals in a communal dining hall. Classrooms have been set up so the children can all receive the education they richly deserve.
