On March 25, 2016 we visited the Lac Thien Orphanage with essential supplies and some special gifts for the children. Lac Thien is a loving home to about 30 orphans north of Nha Trang, and relies entirely upon donations for their survival. On this visit, we brought bags of rice, boxes of noodles, milk, eggs, cooking oil, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and washcloths. As a special gift for the orphans, we brought badminton sets, bouncy toys, and snacks.
Our coordinators had a lovely time with the children, and played badminton with some of the older orphans, while the younger ones bounced around the courtyard on their new toys.
