On October 14, 2018 we brought lots of essential supplies to the Thien Tam Orphanage. Thien Tam is a loving home to 13 young orphans, located in a peaceful country setting to the south of Nha Trang. We contacted the caretakers to learn their most pressing needs, and our team bought everything and organized a visit.
When we arrived, the children were eager to help unload everything and stack the supplies in the courtyard. We brought bags of rice, bags of bean varieties, boxes and packages of noodles, racks of eggs, packages of seasonings, bottles of soy sauce, biscuits, dish soap, laundry soap, shampoo, and toiletries. The children then performed a fun dance they had learned in school for our team of volunteers. It was a great visit!
This charity trip was made in memory of Tran Hoa Ngoc, beloved grandma.
