In late October 2019 we had a fun visit to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. We had contacted the caretakers and learned of the Home’s current needs. Our team bought everything on the caretaker’s wish list at local markets, loaded up a van, and drove south to Cam Ranh to visit the Home.
We brought all the supplies into the common room, including bags of sweet rice, condensed milk, bags of peanuts, bottles of cooking oil, packages of seasonings, fresh vegetables, toiletries, and new pairs of flip flops. As a little surprise for the children, we also brought some yummy sweet breads and cakes for the children.

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN
Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
