In December 2021 we had a fun holiday visit with the children at the Dai An Orphanage. It was just before the holidays and we wanted to make sure the orphanage had everything they needed. We worked with the caretakers and made a list of items to buy. Our team went to local markets, loaded up a van, and drove out to the orphanage.

The children met our team and helped carry everything inside. On this trip, we brought bags of sweet rice, packages of sausages, peanuts, soy sauce, fish sauce, boxes of instant noodles, sugar, a box of anchovies, packages of glass noodles, brooms, snacks, and games.

Next, we handed out Christmas presents to all the children. Some of the little ones put on adorable Santa outfits for us. So cute!

This charity trip was made possible through the kindhearted donations of Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, and Scott Huynh. Thank you!!!

ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE

The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. It was founded by the same church that runs the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
