In December 2021 we had a terrific visit with the children at the Nhan Ai Orphanage. Due to COVID travel restrictions, the orphanage hadn’t received many visitors in 2021, which meant fewer donations. We reached out to the nuns and made a list of items they were running low on, then arranged for it all to be delivered to the orphanage.

The children were excellent helpers, and carried all the food and supplies to the main courtyard. On this trip, we brought bags of rice, boxes of milk, baby formula, cooking oil, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, and toiletries.

Later, the nuns brought the children to the kitchens and everyone made sushi rolls. Such a fun activity! Then it was time for everyone to feast.

This lovely charity visit was made possible through the kind donations of Eamonn Gahan and OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT). Thank you!!!

ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE

Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home.
