In late February 2019 we had a fun visit at the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.

We contacted the caretakers at Thua Sai and learned of their most pressing needs. Our team brought boxes of noodles, bags of rice, bottles of soy and fish sauce, milk, cooking oil, fresh fruits and vegetables, packages of seasonings, laundry soap, dish soap, and cleaning products. We handed out some snacks for the children, then our team brought out fun sticker sheets and prints for the children to play. Everyone sat on the common room floor and made their own designs. It was a lovely visit!

This charity trip was made possible through the kind donations of KTD Services LLC, Molly Phillips, Dan, Van, and Devin Haynes and “in honor of our Norwegians friends: Morgan and Ann Helen Hystad /Karmsund Arvid and Kristine Skeie /Kopervik Ship” from the Collins’s.

Thank you!!!
