On June 20, 2017 we visited the Loc Tho Charity School and Orphanage with lots of healthy food and essential supplies. Run by the nuns of the Loc Tho pagoda, the charity school provides free primary schooling to area youngsters whose families cannot afford the costs of public school. Textbooks, school supplies, and school uniforms are provided to the children. Meals are also provided, and we’ve been making regular visits with healthy food supplements to keep the children growing strong. On this visit, we brought bags of mushrooms, bags of beans, yogurt, juice, soy products, meat cakes, vitamins, seasonings, diapers, and some snacks. On all our visits, our team of volunteers spend time with the children and take a tour of the grounds. It was a very nice visit!
