In September 2022 we paid all the education costs for the Nhan Ai Orphanage. At the start of the school year, the orphanages have a big challenge to pay the many costs for all the children. They have to buy textbooks, school uniforms, school supplies, and pay school fees. The costs vary by grade level, and with so many children under their care, it comes to a big total.
The nuns compiled a detailed list of all the costs and sent it us. We were very happy to pay for everything, ensuring all the orphans continue their education. The nuns were overjoyed! They sent us lots of pictures of the children wearing their new school uniforms. Before the first day of classes, they had a big end-of-summer ice cream party. So fun!

ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE
Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home.
