COVID restrictions are still in effect throughout Vietnam, and children’s schooling is very much in flux. Some provinces are allowing children back in the classrooms while others are being more cautious. We want to support the children’s education costs as they prepare to head back to school.
We reached out to the nuns at the Nhan Ai Orphanage, and they provided a detailed list of their needs. They have many children in primary, secondary, and high school, all of whom require school supplies. We were very happy to sponsor the school uniforms and textbooks for all the children at Nhan Ai!
Sponsoring the children’s education was made possible through the kind donations of Quynh Pham and Hanh Duong. Thank you!!!
ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE
Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home.
