In January 2025 we brought lots of food and general supplies to the Dai An Orphanage, plus special gifts to celebrate the Lunar New Year, Tet. It is the biggest holiday of the year in Vietnam, and the orphanage caretakers were thrilled when we said we wanted to participate in the festivities. We arranged to bring our regular allotment of supplies for the month as well as Tet surprises.

When our team arrived, the children were excellent helpers and brought everything inside. For our monthly visit, we brought canned meat, bun bao, meat patties, fish balls, bags of rice, milk, sugar, sweet rice, fish sauce, crackers, fresh vegetables, bamboo shoots, spring rolls, sausages, chili sauce, ketchup, eggs, noodles, pate, diapers, wipes, and dish soap.

For the Lunar New Year, we brought lots of Tet sweets and treats for the children to enjoy.

This charity trip was made possible through the donations from Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, Scott Huynh, and Steven Burger. Thank you!!!
