In late September 2020, we had a fun visit at the Thua Sai Charity Home. It’s the Mid-Autumn Festival in Vietnam, which is a special holiday where children get traditional foods such as moon cakes, and get to parade about with paper lanterns. We wanted the children at Thua Sai to enjoy the holiday, so arranged for a fun visit. Our team handed out paper lanterns to all the children, as well as moon cakes and other yummy treats.

Thua Sai is undergoing some major renovations to improve the facilities. They are adding new classrooms and building new bathrooms. We were happy to make a contribution to their efforts, so the children can have an even better environment to grow and thrive.

This wonderful gift was made possible through the kindness of a family in the USA. Thank you!!!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
