In June 2026, thanks to the incredible generosity of our donors, we were able to gift the children of the Nhan Ai Orphanage an unforgettable, magical excursion to the coast.
Nestled inland in the Cam Ranh province, the children at Nhan Ai don’t often get to experience the beautiful coastline just a short distance away. When we reached out to the dedicated nuns at the orphanage, expressing our wish to treat the children to something truly spectacular, they knew exactly what would bring the biggest smiles: a day trip to a resort.
A Day of Firsts at the Wyndham Grand
Bright and early on the day of the excursion, buses were loaded up with the orphanage’s teenagers and older children. Their destination? The stunning Wyndham Grand KN Paradise Resort on the Cam Ranh coast.
Armed with day passes, the children dove headfirst into a day of pure joy:
- Poolside Fun: The kids spent hours splashing and frolicking in the resort’s massive swimming pool, while others relaxed and caught up under shady, luxurious cabanas.
- Beach Adventures: No trip to the coast is complete without the ocean! Everyone headed down to the shore to feel the sand between their toes and experience the waves.
- A Feast to Remember: To top off an already perfect day, the children were treated to the resort’s incredible, world-class buffet lunch.
By late afternoon, a group of exhausted but deeply happy children piled back into the buses, carrying memories that will last a lifetime.

ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE
Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home. Several times a year, the nuns at the Nhan Ai Orphanage also arrange to assist poor communities in their area.
