July brought another wonderful opportunity to support our friends at the Nhan Ai Orphanage!
To make sure we provided exactly what was needed most, we checked in with the orphanage caretakers before placing our order. Caring for a full house means the pantry empties quickly, so food staples and basic everyday supplies were at the very top of their wishlist this month.
Thanks to our amazing community, we were able to deliver a huge haul of essential goods straight to their doors. For the littlest residents, we stocked up on baby formula, fresh milk, and diapers. For the rest of the family, we filled the pantry shelves with bags of rice and boxes of instant soup.
The caretakers lovingly stacked all the supplies, and a few of the children posed for a picture to show off the delivery!
Thank you for making this possible. Every single item in this delivery came straight from the heart of our donors. A big thanks to Steven Burger, Eamonn Gahan, and an anonymous donor. Your generosity ensures these sweet children remain nourished, comfortable, and cared for. We are so grateful for you!
ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE
Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home. Several times a year, the nuns at the Nhan Ai Orphanage also arrange to assist poor communities in their area.
