Our April visit to the Dai An Orphanage was all about nourishing the body and the spirit. After checking in with the caretakers to see what the children needed most, we headed to the local markets to load up a van with essential provisions.
Thanks to your support, we were able to provide a comprehensive stock of fresh food and hygiene products, including:
- Protein & Staples: Fresh pork, beef, chicken, fish, eggs, and various beans.
- Hygiene Essentials: Laundry detergent, shampoo, shower gel, and new underwear.
- Pantry Must-Haves: A wide variety of seasonings to make every meal delicious.
Teamwork & Treats
The visit was a true group effort! The children met us at the van, eagerly helping us stack the supplies on the tables near their gardens.
To celebrate a job well done, we handed out frozen yogurt snacks to everyone. It was a wonderful moment of connection—watching the kids relax, laugh, and enjoy their cold treats in the afternoon sun. Once the snacks were finished, the children teamed up again to help carry the supplies into the pantries and freezers.

ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE
The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
