In June 2026, our volunteer team headed back to the Suoi Cat Charity Home for our monthly supply delivery. To ensure we brought exactly what the home needed, we coordinated closely with their dedicated staff ahead of time to map out their most urgent requests.
With our shopping list ready, we hit the local markets and loaded our van to the absolute brim! Thanks to your incredible support, this month’s delivery was packed with kitchen essentials, fresh food, and some well-deserved treats.
📦 What We Delivered
We were able to provide a comprehensive mix of nutrition, hygiene, and kitchen essentials:
- Pantry Staples & Treats: Sugar, cartons of milk, condensed milk, shrimp noodles, rice crackers, sausages, bread, jelly powder, matcha powder, tea, sweets, and tapioca cups.
- Condiments & Seasonings: Chili sauce, sesame sauce, seasonings, and mayonnaise.
- Hygiene & Care: Toothbrushes, soap, hand sanitizer, and toiletries.
- Home & Kitchen Supplies: Kitchen cutlery, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, laundry hampers, and garbage bags.
A Day of Teamwork and Smiles
After stacking all the supplies in the courtyard, everyone jumped in to help carry everything inside to the kitchen pantries. To wrap up a wonderful day, our team handed out refreshing tapioca cups for the girls to enjoy!

ABOUT THE SUOI CAT CHARITY HOME
Suoi Cat is a poor community to the west of Nha Trang, composed of rural farming hamlets that live in poverty. The Suoi Cat Charity Home is a loving place that houses and cares for many of the community’s children whose families struggle to support and provide for them. The home is composed of adolescent and teenage girls who stay at the home year-round, sleep in dormitories, and have meals together in a communal dining hall. The nuns and caretakers who run the home come from the nearby Suoi Dau Catholic Church and provide a nurturing environment for all. They ensure the children attend local public schools and provide after school tutoring lessons. The same caretakers previously supported young boys in the community who stayed at the Suoi Dau Charity Home. Some of the same boys receive tutoring at Suoi Cat during the day, then return home to their families in the evening.
