In December 2024 we had a Christmas party with the children at the Thien Tam Orphanage. On the same visit, we brought food and supplies for the month. After coordinating with the caretakers, we made plans to make our regular charity trip plus have a surprise for the children.
On the day of the visit, we loaded up a van and made the drive out to the orphanage. We brought bags of rice, boxes of ramen, pork, sugar, seasonings, seasonings, white noodles, egg noodles, fresh vegetables, sugar, baby formula, dish soap, cleaning products, fabric softener, shampoo, and laundry detergent.
To ring in the holidays, one of our volunteers dressed up as Santa and handed out presents to everyone. Then we all sat down for a big lunch together. There were so many smiles!

ABOUT THE THIEN TAM ORPHANAGE
Founded in 2004, the Thien Tam Orphanage lies 20 minutes south of Nha Trang’s city center, in Phuoc Dong ward. The orphanage is run by Nguyen Dinh Chi and his wife Nguyen Thi Kim Lien. A former orphan himself, Chi set up the orphanage in his home as a place of love and sanctuary for orphans in the community. They currently care for a small group of adolescents and one baby.
