This July, our team took a trip to Dai An Orphanage with a van packed to the brim with love, laughter, and essential provisions!
To make sure we met the kids’ and caretakers’ actual needs, we worked directly with the orphanage staff ahead of time to check off every item on their wishlist. When we arrived, the kids jumped right in to help us unload and neatly stack everything on tables by the garden.
Thanks to a huge local market run, we were able to deliver a full stock of daily essentials, including:
- Nutritious Staples: Fresh chicken, pork, shrimp, canned tuna, and big bags of rice
- Kitchen Essentials: Cooking oils, fish sauce, and seasonings
- Hygiene Supplies: Soaps, shampoo, and personal care items
Of course, we couldn’t leave without a little fun! We served up sweet tea and handed out ice cream popsicles, which brought out plenty of bright, happy smiles.

ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE
The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
