In July 2022 we brought a special gift for the Nhan Ai Orphanage. We had reached out to the nuns and asked if they had any special requests this month. The nuns have lots of extra lessons for the children in addition to their regular schooling. With over 100 children in their care, the nuns said a projector would be a big help for many of the children’s extra lessons.
We were happy to help and bought a brand new projector. The nuns connected it to a computer and immediately tested it out with the children. We also arranged for a yummy ice cream party for the little ones. This gift was made possible through donations from Eamonn Gahan and an anonymous donor. Thank you!!!
ABOUT THE NHAN AI ORPHANAGE
Founded in 1996 by Sister Nguyen Thi Bao Quyen, the Nhan Ai Orphanage resides behind the Giao Xu Phu Nhon Catholic Church in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang. The orphanage is run by the nuns of Nhan Ai and relies entirely upon donations, most of which come from people in the community. Nhan Ai is the largest orphanage that we assist and houses approximately 130 orphans in a wonderfully tranquil home.
