In April 2021 we had a fun visit with the children at the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. We had reached out to the orphanage caretakers and made a list of items they needed. Our team of volunteers went to local shops and bought everything on the list.

The children helped carry everything inside and stacked it all in the main common room. We brought boxes of instant pho, packages of milk, shampoo, body wash, toiletries, hangers, dust pans, laundry detergent, and dish soap.

As a fun surprise, we brought out ice cream! All the children got ice cream as a cool treat on a hot day. It was a great visit!

This charity trip was made possible through donations from Bichlien Nguyen, Minh Nguyen, Daniel Cole, Elaine Nguyen, and a group from Bill’s Birthday Facebook Fundraiser: Jennifer Nichols, Yen Nhi Lam, Tony Libner, Jason Gregg, and Mac McMillian. Thank you!!!
