In November 2024 we brought lots of food to the Thien Tam Orphanage and had a birthday party with the children. We had reached out to the caretakers and asked what supplies we could bring for the month. They provided us with a detailed list, and our team brought everything out when they came to visit. The children helped carry all the supplies to a long table set up in the main courtyard.
This month, we brought bags of rice, boxes of ramen, sweet rice, pork, seafood, sugar, cooking oil, seasonings, peanuts, milk, seaweed, mushrooms, fresh fruit, laundry detergents, and shampoo.
As a fun surprise, we brought out a birthday cake and presents for one of the children, plus treats and surprises for all the other orphans. It was such a fun day!

ABOUT THE THIEN TAM ORPHANAGE
Founded in 2004, the Thien Tam Orphanage lies 20 minutes south of Nha Trang’s city center, in Phuoc Dong ward. The orphanage is run by Nguyen Dinh Chi and his wife Nguyen Thi Kim Lien. A former orphan himself, Chi set up the orphanage in his home as a place of love and sanctuary for orphans in the community. They currently care for a small group of adolescents and one baby.
