On March 18, 2016 we visited the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children in Cam Ranh. Run by nuns, Thua Sai is a loving home and school for children with neurological and mental health issues, and also cares for several deaf children. These children come from poor families who cannot afford the private care that their children require, and the nuns at Thua Sai welcome them with open arms. Most of the children come to the center Monday – Friday, where they receive schooling, care, and meals.

Thua Sai depends entirely upon donations, and we were happy to bring general supplies, toys, and school supplies. On this visit we brought rice, noodles, packaged seasonings, milk, varieties of beans, cleaning supplies, colored pens, crayons, school notebooks, badminton sets, jump ropes, snacks, and stuffed animals sent from the USA. All of this was made possible through the kindness of JL Support Services.

Thank you!!!
