In late November 2019 we visited with the children at the Dai An Orphanage. The caretakers had given us a list of their current needs and we organized a charity trip. Our team brought bags of rice, a box of dried fish, packages of noodle varieties, cooking oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, and dish soap.
It was a beautiful day out, and the children helped stack all the supplies on the front steps. We handed out snack bags and balloons to the children, and our team had a lovely visit.
This charity trip was made possible through the kind donations of Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, and Scott Huynh. Thank you!!!
ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE
The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. It was founded by the same church that runs the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
