In March 2025, we had a lovely visit with the children at the Thien An Charity Home. After speaking with the caretakers, we wrote down a detailed list of food and general supplies they needed. On the day of the visit, our team of volunteers bought everything at local markets and made the drive out to the home.
We stacked all the supplies as the children came out to the courtyard to say hello to our team. This month, we brought milk, seasonings, hand soap, pudding, salt, toy baskets, soy sauce, chili sauce, gloves, lots of snacks, sausage, noodles, yogurt drinks, straws, floor soap, eggs, pork, milk, and bags of rice.
As a treat, our team handed out pudding popsicles to all the children. So fun!

ABOUT THE THIEN AN CHARITY HOME AND SCHOOL
This loving place is located in the hilly countryside of Khanh Hoa province. There are very few schools in this region and illiteracy among children is high. The local Thien An Catholic Church sought to help the children complete their schooling, so started the Thien An Charity Home and School. The children have housing accommodations and receive their meals in a communal dining hall. Classrooms have been set up so the children can all receive the education they richly deserve.
