In June 2022 we had a fun visit with the children at the Dai An Orphanage. After speaking with the orphanage caretakers, our team bought lots of food and other provisions for the month. We loaded up a van and our team drove out to the orphanage. The children met our group when we arrived, and helped carry everything to the courtyard next to the gardens.
On this visit, we brought canned meat, sugar, packages of noodles, pork, chicken, shrimp, meat pies, shampoo, and dish soap.
As a fun treat, our volunteers prepared iced tea with slices of fresh oranges, apples, and watermelon. So delicious!

ABOUT THE DAI AN ORPHANAGE
The Dai An Orphanage is located in Cam Ranh district, south of Nha Trang, and cares for approximately 30 young children. It was founded by the same church that runs the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play. The caretakers provide a nurturing and loving home for these amazing children. There are also classrooms in the orphanage to provide the children with extra tutoring after school.
