In mid-August 2020 we visited the Sunflower Orphanage. The school year is approaching, and we had contacted the caretakers about helping with the school costs for the orphans. We brought all the textbooks the children will need for the upcoming school year, plus other school supplies. We also brought general supplies for the orphanage, including seasonings, toiletries, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, brooms, dish soap, and sandals.

The children were excellent helpers, brought everything into the orphanage’s common room, and unpacked everything onto a table. As a cool treat on a hot day, our team handed out frozen fruit pops to all the children. It was a lovely visit!

This charity trip was made possible through the kindhearted donations of Hung Pham, Thi Kim Chi Lam, Jill Nguyen, and KTD Services LLC. Thank you!!!
