In April 2026, our volunteer team returned to the Ngoc Van Orphanage for another successful supply delivery and community visit. By coordinating directly with the orphanage caretakers beforehand, we ensured that every donation met an immediate, practical need.
Essential Supplies Delivered
Through the support of our donors, we procured a van full of items from local markets to restock the facility:
- Food & Nutrition: Packages of noodles, boxes of instant pho, sausages, soy milk, fresh milk, condensed milk, yogurt, and seasonings.
- Facility & Hygiene: New chairs, towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and washing powder.
Creating Moments of Joy
Beyond providing material support, our mission is always to bring joy to the children. This month, the team prepared homemade boba tea drinks, which were a massive hit and left everyone with full hearts and big smiles.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our donors for making this month’s trip possible: Jef O’Riley, Florian De Rop, Elaine Nguyen, Autumn Mejia, Roger Puckett, and Long Nguyen. Your continued kindness directly impacts the daily lives and well-being of these children.
ABOUT THE NGOC VAN ORPHANAGE
Located in the northern part of Khanh Hoa province, the Ngoc Van Orphanage was founded in 2020 after a big storm hit central Vietnam. There were many deaths from the storm, and several orphans were brought to the Ngoc Van Pagoda to be cared for by the monks there. Since then, the orphanage has grown and now cares for about 20 small children.
