This January started on a high note with a wonderful visit to the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children. To ensure our visit had the greatest impact, we worked closely with the home’s dedicated caretakers to identify their most urgent needs before heading to the local markets to fill our van.
We were thrilled to deliver a comprehensive haul of supplies to keep the home running smoothly this month:
- Pantry Staples: Large bags of rice, egg noodles, shrimp noodles, sugar, and rice paper.
- Protein & Dairy: Racks of fresh eggs, sausages, cans of pate, and fresh milk.
- Kitchen & Home: Cooking oil, various seasonings, a brand-new cooking pan, and laundry detergent.
- Personal Care: A variety of toiletries, including toothpaste.
Beyond the essentials, our team wanted to bring a little extra joy! We prepared special sweet drinks for all the children to share. It was a truly joyous afternoon of refreshment and connection.
This visit was made possible entirely by the kind donations from a family in the USA. Your support ensures that the children at Hy Vong have the nutrition, care, and moments of happiness they deserve. Thank you for making this day possible!
