In November 2022 we brought lots of food to the Phu Quang Orphanage. We spoke to the head nun about the orphanage’s current needs, and arranged to have all the food and supplies delivered to the orphanage. When the truck arrived with all the provisions, the children were excellent helpers and carried everything inside.
We brought bags of rice, packages of pho, bottles of soy sauce, bottles of cooking oil, bags of mushrooms, vegan pork, and vegan fish.
After stacking everything nice and neat, the children sat on the floor and had some yummy snacks.

ABOUT THE PHU QUANG ORPHANAGE
The Phu Quang Orphanage was founded by Sister Thich Nu Dieu An at the Phu Quang pagoda in the early 2000’s. For many years, the orphanage has been a loving home to a group of orphans and a foster home to neighborhood children whose families struggle to support and provide for them. Phu Quang cares for just under 15 children in a loving environment.
