In June 2021 we visited the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children and brought lots of food for the children’s families. The region is very poor and all the children come from low-income households. The caretakers at the Hy Vong Home provide meals to the children in their care, and we wanted to give the children’s families extra support in these trying times.

We coordinated with the caretakers and bought lots of food for the families. Our team drove out to Hy Vong, and the children were excellent helpers, and carried everything to the courtyard. With all the children gathered together, our team prepared sweet drinks for everyone to enjoy.

We then presented each child with a care package of food to bring home to their families. They received ramen, fish, rice, fish sauce, sweet rice, soy sauce, glass noodles, seasonings, and cooking oil.

This wonderful gift was made possible through the kindness of a family in the USA. Thank you!!!
