On December 1, 2016 we brought lots of heathy food to the Loc Tho Charity School and Orphanage. With winter and the rainy season upon us, we also brought warm clothes for the younger children, and handed out healthy ‘che’ snacks to the school children.
Run by the amazing nuns at the Loc Tho pagoda in Nha Trang, the charity school provides free primary schooling to poor youngsters whose families cannot afford the costs of public school. Free meals are provided to the children, and our healthy food supplements included dried mushrooms, meat cakes, milk, and seasonings. There are also about 25 orphans staying at Loc Tho.
The children loved their ‘che’ snacks, and the little ones were quick to bundle up in their new warm outfits. The healthy food was brought through the continued love and devotion of Lloyd and Esther, and the warm clothes were sponsored by Dan and Van Haynes. Thank you!!!
