In July 2021 we had a fun visit with at the Dai An Orphanage. Due to COVID restrictions, the orphanages are limiting the number of visitors. We wanted to make sure they had enough supplies, so coordinated with the caretakers and made a list of items they were in need of. Our lead coordinator, Mai Khanh, bought everything and drove out to the orphanage.

The children helped carry inside and gathered together. We brought racks of eggs, bottles of soy sauce, boxes of noodles, seasonings, milk, diapers, and laundry detergent.

As a fun surprise, we brought small ceramic statues and paints. The children each got to paint their own statue and it was a fun arts and crafts party. So much fun!

This charity trip was made possible through the kindhearted donations of Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, and Scott Huynh. Thank you!!!

It was founded by the same church that runs the Sunflower Orphanage in Nha Trang. Dai An is in a tranquil countryside locale and has a large facility for the children to grow and play.
