Our August outreach to the Hy Vong Home for Disabled Children focused on stocking the pantry and supporting the caretakers with essential daily tools. Before packing our vehicle, we coordinated directly with the home’s staff to pinpoint their most immediate, high-priority needs.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we fulfilled their entire wish list:

  • Pantry Staples & Food: Rice, milk, shrimp noodles, canned fish, canned pate, seasonings, boxes of instant soup, eggs, and sausages
  • Kitchen Equipment: A new electric cooker, a portable gas stove, and a set of new pots and pans
  • Hygiene & Household Care: Mosquito spray, toiletries, shampoo, washing powder, dishwashing liquid, and general cleaning products

After unloading, the real highlight of the day began. Our volunteers spent the afternoon visiting with the children, passing out popsicles and snacks, and sharing a wonderful, joyful day together.

This delivery was made possible through the dedicated support of Steven Berger, an anonymous donor, and a generous family in the US. Your continuous compassion ensures these children receive both the practical care and the bright, happy moments they deserve. Thank you for making this work possible!
