On April 20, 2018 we visited the Sunflower Orphanage with some essential supplies and lots of new shoes for the children. Sunflower is a loving home to a large group of orphans, located in the heart of Nha Trang. We contacted the caretakers of the orphanage about their most pressing needs, and they had a detailed list. Our team brought new sandals for all the children, diapers for the orphanage’s 2 new babies, mops, laundry items, school supplies, and some snacks and balloons.
It was fun to visit with the 2 little babies again, and the orphans were eager to try on their new sandals. After passing out the balloons and snacks, everyone had a fun time.
