Our December 2025 visit to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children was a day filled with purpose and heart. By working closely with the Home’s dedicated caretakers, we identified their most urgent needs and sourced everything directly from local markets to ensure the community benefited at every step.

After loading our van to the brim, we delivered a massive haul of essentials, including:

  • Nutrition: Rice, eggs, milk, noodles, instant soup, and cooking staples (oil, butter, fish sauce, and seasonings).
  • Hygiene & Care: Diapers, gloves, toothpaste, and napkins.
  • Home Maintenance: Laundry detergent, floor soap, dish soap, and toilet cleaner.
  • Education: A fresh stock of school supplies.

The highlight of the day was gathering with the children in the common room. As we organized the supplies, our volunteers whipped up sweet drinks for everyone—a small treat that sparked a lot of joy. This vital work is only possible because of the generosity or our donors: Steven Burger and a family in the USA. Thank you for standing with us!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
