We are thrilled to share a major milestone completed in May 2026: the official launch of the Dai An Orphanage solar project!

With fuel costs steadily rising, the orphanage caretakers approached us with an incredible, forward-thinking proposal—installing a large-scale solar panel system on their roof to cut energy costs and protect the environment. We absolutely loved the idea and committed to funding the entire project.

The team wasted no time! The caretakers captured wonderful photos of the crew working through every stage of construction. In just a few days, the panels were fully installed and generating clean electricity.

To celebrate, our lead coordinator visited the orphanage for a personal tour of the new setup. We couldn’t show up empty-handed, so we brought along fresh seafood and extra essentials for a giant celebratory lunch with the kids. It was a beautiful, joyful day for everyone involved.

A Heartfelt Thank You: This sustainable, cost-saving mission was only possible because of our dedicated donors: Sharon Kelly, Stephen Milne, Scott Huynh, and Steven Burger. Thank you for powering a brighter future for these children!
