In September 2025, we had a great visit to the Thua Sai Home for Disabled Children. We brought food and general supplies for the month, plus two new bicycles.

We worked closely with the caretakers, bought everything at local markets, and filled a van for the trip. This month’s delivery included bags of rice, milk, boxes of ramen, fish sauce, seasonings, body wash, diapers, sport outfits, arts and craft supplies, clay, and 2 bicycles.

When our team arrived, the children were in the arts and crafts room working on fun projects. They were making so many wonderful creations!

We stacked all the food and supplies in the common room, and the children were so excited to see the new bicycles. After the children gathered together, we handed out popsicles for all to enjoy. Then the children took turns on the bikes in the courtyard. It was a lovely day!

This project was made possible through donations from Tuan Vu, Florian De Rop, Autumn Mejia, and Steven Burger. Thank you!

ABOUT THE THUA SAI HOME FOR DISABLED CHILDREN

Located in a peaceful country setting in Cam Ranh, to the south of Nha Trang, Thua Sai offers a home and school for children with neurological disorders whose parents cannot afford the specialized care their children require. The nuns and caretakers teach the children in classrooms on the grounds, and it is a loving home to these wonderful children.
